Employer Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you register with Placement Corporation as an employer or otherwise engage us to source candidates.
1. Your information
You agree to provide accurate company and job information so we can source genuinely matching candidates.
2. Authorization to recruit
By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to recruit on behalf of the company named in your registration.
3. Recruitment / service charge
Recruitment / service charge: for a successful placement, Placement Corporation's fee is 50% of the candidate's agreed monthly salary/CTC, as specified in the placement terms at the time of hire.
This is a fixed amount, agreed at the point of placement. It does not change based on how many days the candidate works, how or when the first salary is paid, or how long the candidate stays employed.
Example: agreed salary ₹15,000/month → service charge ₹7,500 (fixed).
4. Payment arrangement
- Salary Deduction Arrangement — you may deduct/recover the agreed service charge from the candidate's salary according to the arrangement agreed at placement.
- Pre-Joining Payment — you arrange payment of the service charge before the candidate joins. Once the required payment arrangement is confirmed, Placement Corporation may provide its clearance/NOC for the candidate to join. This clearance/NOC is an internal Placement Corporation document confirming your arrangement with us — it is not a government document.
5. What the charge does not depend on
The agreed service charge does not change based on how many days the candidate actually works, whether their first salary payment is delayed, how salary is structured in the first month, or how long the candidate remains employed after joining.
6. Candidate conduct
Placement Corporation makes reasonable efforts to shortlist suitable candidates but does not guarantee candidate performance, tenure, or conduct after placement.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration governs that engagement.
