Registration fees
Where a job seeker registration fee applies (details are provided during registration — see our Job Seeker Terms), this fee is non-refundable once the corresponding registration service has commenced.
Recruitment / service charge (employers)
The recruitment/service charge described in our Employer Terms is fixed at the time of placement and is not refundable once a candidate has joined, except as separately agreed in writing.
