How does Placement Corporation charge for recruitment?
Our recruitment/service charge is 50% of the placed candidate's agreed monthly salary or CTC, fixed at the time of placement. It does not change based on how many days the candidate works or how the first month's salary is structured.
How quickly can you provide candidates?
It depends on the role and how specific the requirements are. For common roles such as sales, telecalling, admin and front office we can usually begin shortlisting from our existing candidate pool within a few days.
