Job Seeker Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you register with Placement Corporation as a job seeker, whether through our online registration form, by dropping your CV, or by applying to a listed job.
1. Sharing your details with employers
By registering, you agree that Placement Corporation may share your contact details, resume/CV, and profile information with prospective employers for the purpose of considering you for suitable roles.
2. Staying in touch
You agree to receive recruitment-related calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails from Placement Corporation regarding your registration, applications, and relevant job opportunities.
3. Keeping your profile accurate
You're responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. Placement Corporation is not responsible for missed opportunities caused by outdated or incorrect information you've provided.
4. Interviews and required documents
If shortlisted, you agree to attend interviews arranged on your behalf and to bring any documents reasonably requested.
5. Recruitment / service charge
Recruitment / service charge: for a successful placement, Placement Corporation's fee is 50% of the candidate's agreed monthly salary/CTC, as specified in the placement terms at the time of hire.
This is a fixed amount, agreed at the point of placement. It does not change based on how many days the candidate works, how or when the first salary is paid, or how long the candidate stays employed.
Example: agreed salary ₹15,000/month → service charge ₹7,500 (fixed).
This charge is paid by the employer as part of our placement service — it is separate from any registration fee described below.
6. Registration fee
A registration fee may apply. Details will be provided during registration. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable, including if you later decline an offer, are not selected, or leave a role after joining.
7. Non-refundability
Fees paid to Placement Corporation for registration or placement-related services are non-refundable once the corresponding service has commenced, except where required by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration or application governs that registration/application.
